Commission Terms of Service

^{Terms of Service}- All commissions are for personal use; you may not sell, distribute, or make any profit from commission. I do not give permission for commissions to be used for AI training under any circumstance.
- Artwork is allowed to be used as profile photos, banners, etc. with the proper credit (@dirtmellon)
--I am allowed to post artwork on social media and my personal portfolio unless requested otherwise.
As the artist, I hold the right to accept and/or decline requests as I see fit; personal discomfort, inability, etc.
-You may use the commissioned artwork as a reference, but tracing, altering, or editing is not allowed.
Commissions are finished in order of request. Please allow me up to three (3) months to finish a commission.
If you need to rush a commission, an additional charge may be applied to your request. The charge will be determined based on time allotted and complexity of the request.
All prices are base prices, and the cost may increase based on complexity of the request.
-Please provide as many references as possible!!
-You are allowed up to three (3) minor revisions and one (1) major revision. Additional revisions will be an additional charge. Minor revisions are accepted in any process of the artwork. Major revisions will not be accepted once line art and/or flat coloring is completed.^Payment
-I accept payment through Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp.
-All payments are in USD.
-For sketch and unrefined commissions, 100% payment is due upfront. For refined and fully rendered commissions, 50% payment is due upfront until the initial sketch is completed. To continue with refined lineart and rendering, the remaining 50% must be paid.
-Refunds will not be allowed once a piece is completed and there are no more revisions needed to be made.
--Partial refunds differ based on stage in commission process:
----75% refund after the initial sketch
----50% refund after refined sketch
----25% refund after line art
----10% refund after flat coloring
----Refunds will not be accepted after the flat coloring process has been completed.
-Cancellations are accepted as long as you have not paid and I have not started the piece.
-Finished pieces will be given in .png format in a Google Drive folder with a watermark. Watermarks shall not be removed.
